David Chang is a founding partner of MindWorks Ventures. He has been involved with some of the most transformative companies to emerge from Silicon Valley and Asia. He advised his family office and invested on its behalf with a focus on media technologies. His previous investments include Buslogic (became Mylex), Crossroads Systems, Alvesta, Ledel Semiconductors (acquired by Siliconix) and UT Starcom. He has worked as an analyst at Morgan Stanley, as vice president at Credit Suisse and as director at Guosen Securities in Hong Kong covering the Greater China region.
David sits on the board of 13 companies include Lalamove, Qupital and Grana. He is also the director and school board member of Kiangsu-Chekiang College and member of Shanghai Youth Federation, a federative body of Chinese youth organizations led by the Communist Party of China.
David graduated from the University of California, San Diego with dual bachelor degrees.
